2. Login Credentials
   Please share your login credentials, ensuring that your ID and password are active and in working condition, as we have only two attempts available.
3. Preferences Required
   Kindly mention your preferred date range and location preferences. Due to limited slot availability, accurate information is essential for better results.
4. Confidentiality
   Once you have shared your login details, please do not share them with any other agents, friends, or relatives to avoid conflicts during the process.
5. Processing Time
   The processing time is generally 7–10 days; however, it may vary depending on slot availability.
6. Payment Policy
   Payment is to be made only after the appointment is successfully booked. No advance payment is required.
7. Security Update
   For security purposes, the security questions will be temporarily updated after receiving your details. These will be restored after the appointment is booked and payment is completed, so there is no need for concern.
8. Biometric Case (Location Change)
   If the applicant has already completed biometrics and wishes to change the interview location, this can be arranged with additional charges.
9. Slot Availability Disclaimer
   Please note that we do not operate on specific dates for any USA visa category, as the process is entirely dependent on slot availability.
10. DS-160 Requirement
