If you happen to be proficient in both English and French then you must decide which one you are more fluent in and the other language becomes your second language. For English you can take the IELTS and CELPIP general training as well as academic training . For the French language the TEF or TCF are accepted.
There is no specific CLB level but the more you score the better your overall points will be.
For adaptability a maximum of 6 points can be achieved. This includes the spouses education, previous work or study in Canada and the relatives in Canada.
